Hillary Medina-Loveless is the Senior Field Manager for the Education Equity Program at The Leadership Conference Education Fund. Here, she supports local and grassroots advocates across the United States as they work on education resource equity campaigns in their community. She additionally supports field tactics for any of the Education Equity Program’s federal priorities.
Medina-Loveless started her career as a second grade teacher in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she witnessed the deep inequity embedded within our education system. She left the classroom with a charge to improve the lives of all children and their families across our nation and joined the Education Equity Program in December 2021. Hillary graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s in international and area studies.
