Elizabeth Tang (she/her) is a senior counsel at the National Women’s Law Center, where she advocates against sex-based harassment and other discrimination in schools and workplaces through know-your-rights education, policy advocacy, and litigation. She is the former chair of her workplace’s labor union and a community organizer with abolitionist, anti-imperialist, and socialist organizations in Washington, DC. Tang received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania and her BA from Harvard.
