Channel Powe is a dedicated political organizer, former school board member, and consultant based in Arizona. A lifelong advocate for social justice and educational equity, she has worked on numerous local and national campaigns, championing voting rights, women’s rights, and inclusive policies.
Born in Detroit and raised in Phoenix, Channel’s activism was sparked by her son’s educational challenges, leading her to serve over seven years on the school board, where she fought for low-income students of color, equitable pay, and cultural competency.
As a consultant, she helps organizations develop bold strategies for policy change and coalition-building. Her work has earned honors like Arizona School Boards Association Advocate of the Year and West Valley NAACP Agent of Change Award.
Passionate about the arts, wellness, and community, Channel remains committed to building a more just and inclusive America, ensuring that every voice is heard and represented.
