Cameron Trimble has more than 18 years of experience leading communications & digital engagement strategies for Fortune 500 companies, the White House, Congress, and political campaigns, along with the entertainment and healthcare industries. He serves as managing partner at Hued Strategies, a minority-owned integrated communications firm based in Washington, DC. Trimble is the founder of Hip Politics, an organization dedicated to educating, engaging and mobilizing the political power of the Hip-Hop generation.
Trimble served as President Biden’s White House director of digital engagement. In 2020, he served as the Biden campaign’s national director of African American paid media. He spearheaded a record investment in African American outreach that contributed to a historic Black voter turnout.
Cameron also hosts The Hip-Politics Podcast, facilitating conversations at the intersection of politics and music. Previously, he served as executive vice president at Precision Strategies, where he launched the firm’s multicultural engagement department. He co-founded Men of Color in Communications to further diversity and inclusion. A proud Howard University alumnus from Cleveland, Ohio, Trimble continues to shape the landscape of communication and political engagement.
