Anthony Davis, Jr., is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Davis System, LLC. The Davis System is a proud Black- and woman-owned social impact firm founded in 2021, specializing in project management for political candidates and community organizations nationwide. We equip our clients with the tools, capacity, and expertise needed to engage their target audiences effectively.

Rooted in grassroots organizing and strategy, Davis envisioned a firm that would empower the next generation of organizers, activists, and elected officials with the skills and strategies to drive meaningful change. That vision became a reality when he partnered with his now-wife, Errin Davis, whose expertise in business entrepreneurship and political operations helped shape The Davis System into what it is today.

Recently named to Boston Magazine’s 150 Most Influential Bostonians, Davis has served as a political strategist and organizer with the NAACP and with a number of political campaigns. Davis previously on campaigns for a number of well-respected politicians, including Elizabeth Warren, Doug Jones, Ayanna Pressley, Joe Kennedy, Maura Healey, Michelle Wu, Ben Jealous, and Mike Espy.
