Damien Filer presented on the importance of message. Filer spoke on several topics including the importance of repetition, how to mold your message and the elements of successful messaging.

Drew Courtney spoke about Press Events, even including helpful worksheets for all the call participants. Courtney discussed the media advisory and its elements, the importance of visuals, and the check list to follow before, during and after an event.
