What would the responsibilities of a Convening Host Committee member entail?

The Host Committee will have two teams- fundraising and program. All host committee members will:

• Be listed in the event program
• Introduced to the YEO Network at Opening Reception
• Participate throughout the conference as session moderators or presenters

Fundraising Team

All members of the Fundraising sub-committee have the following goals:

• Raise the necessary dollars to produce the 5th Anniversary YEO Gala
• Make a self-determined, pre-determined financial commitment on their sing up.

Benefits of the Fundraising team include:

• Access to any VIP events throughout the weekend
• VIP table seating at the Gala (if such is the design of the gala)
• Act as Hosts for the evening of the Gala

Program Team

All members of the Progam sub-committee have the following goals:

• Assist the YEO team in laying out the general conference agenda and session topics
• Help secure trainers, key notes as needed

Benefits of the Program Team include:

• VIP table seating at keynote luncheon
• Facilitate workshops and plenary sessions
