Convening 2010 Host Committee
The planning for YEO National Convening 2010 is beginning now, and the input of our young electeds is crucial to making it a smashing success! After reviewing the responsibilities below, any YEOs interested in joining the Convening Host Committee, can sign up by clicking here.

What would the responsibilities of a Convening Host Committee member entail?
The Host Committee will have two teams- fundraising and program. All host committee members will:
- Be listed in the event program
- Introduced to the YEO Network at Opening Reception
- Participate throughout the conference as session moderators or presenters
Fundraising Team
All members of the Fundraising sub-committee have the following goals:
- Raise the necessary dollars to produce the 5th Anniversary YEO Gala
- Make a self-determined, pre-determined financial commitment on their sing up.
Benefits of the Fundraising team include:
- Access to any VIP events throughout the weekend
- VIP table seating at the Gala (if such is the design of the gala)
- Act as Hosts for the evening of the Gala
Program Team
All members of the Progam sub-committee have the following goals:
- Assist the YEO team in laying out the general conference agenda and session topics
- Help secure trainers, key notes as needed
Benefits of the Program Team include:
- VIP table seating at keynote luncheon
- Facilitate workshops and plenary sessions
