2010 National Convening

2010 marks the 5th Anniversary of our inaugural YEO Network National Convening. The Young Elected Officials Network knows that when it comes to big celebrations there is no place like home, and that's why this year we went back to Washington, DC where it all began!
The YEO National Convening is the largest gathering of young progressive elected leaders in the country, and it’s geared towards helping you become a dynamic agent of change.
It’s revolutionary…YEOs share best practices, explore innovative and cutting edge policy initiatives, and network with more than 150 like-minded young elected officials. And, unlike other policy conferences, YEOs are able to develop and enhance critical skills specifically designed for young electeds.
It’s evolutionary…Created with only progressive young electeds in mind, each year the plenaries and sessions are designed to be relevant and meet the specific needs of YEOs in line with the current political and social climate.
